The Lion at Leintwardine

Gardens: The lovely lawns of our garden slope gently down to the River Teme with stunning views of the Welsh Marches behind, a beautiful spot for enjoying a drink or meal in summer.

Televisions: Sports matches are shown on the widescreen TV in our top bar.

Communication: Broadband internet facilities are available in all of our bedrooms and wireless access is also available in our public rooms on the ground floor.

Morning Coffee/ Afternoon Tea: This is available in our snug area throughout the day.

Pets: We regret that there are no facilities for pets to stay at the Lion, and we would like to stress that dogs are not allowed in our guest bedrooms or in restaurant and bars where food is being served. Dogs are welcome in our top bar only.

Car parking: There is ample free car parking available to guests both behind and in front of The Lion.

The Lion is an old building and all of our bedrooms are currently on the first floor with only stair access. We have, however, made every effort to make access on the ground floor easy for disabled guests. We have wide entrances and a ramp to our toilet area with separate disabled toilets. There is a single step up to our lounge bar and a single step down into our restaurant but staff are available to assist guests who need help to access these areas and if this is not possible will be more than happy to arrange for dining in the snug seating area.
