Our lamb is bred and raised on our family farm just five miles from The Lion where it grazes on the border pastures of the Welsh Marches and is butchered here in Leintwardine at A H Griffiths.   We can guarantee minimum possible food miles and the highest quality of this meat and it is reflected in the flavour and tenderness of the lamb we serve.
